Our foundational service includes scheduled inspections, essential systems checks, mail handling, storm assessments, photo documentation, and proactive issue identification. Starting at $500 per month.
The Compass:
Comprehensive care for extended absences.
Elevated oversight designed for snowbirds and seasonal residents away three to six months. Includes all Anchor services plus enhanced planning, coordination, and priority care to ensure your home is maintained and move in ready upon return. Weekly visits and systems checks, pre departure consultation, monthly condition summaries, pre arrival preparation, priority scheduling, and storm monitoring. Seasonal packages starting at $2,400.

Premium services for select clients including seasonal home refreshes, organization projects, pre arrival preparation, light décor coordination, and vendor management. From organizing wine cellars to coordinating holiday installations, we handle the details that make a house feel like a home. Available to existing stewardship clients or by referral only. Investment quoted individually based on scope.

Refined hospitality. Optimized returns. Complete discretion. White glove rental management for select luxury properties, maximizing revenue while preserving your home's positioning and integrity. Professional listing optimization, dynamic pricing, guest communication and concierge coordination, turnover styling and presentation, review management, and maintenance oversight. Available for luxury properties or existing clients only. Custom management fees based on property and service level.
